Whilst with their former practices both Paul and Steve have worked on a number of alteration and new build works for local schools, and universities including:

Reaseheath College

Completed 2007

New build student accommodation facility constructed in timber frame over two phases which resulted in a total of 96 bedrooms with ensuite facilities and associated communal kitchen and dining facilities.

Paul and Steve were principally responsible for the lead design, project management – procurement strategies, detail design, contract documentation development together with completing the site administration for traditional contract works.

Clarrice Cliffe Court Student Accommodation

Completed 1994

£4,975,000

Detailed design role to facilitate construction of student accommodation facility built in a traditional masonry construction resulting in a total of 297 bedrooms with ensuite facilities with associated communal kitchen and dining facilities.
